Sle-Co Plastics Inc. utilizes state of the art, full process control equipment and robotics, coupled with other advanced manufacturing technologies to improve products and process and to reduce costs.

Employee Training programs
Sle-Co has invested in an interactive computerized training program for injection molding and quality.
Associates can log in and receive world class training from basic machine controls to technical processing training.
Sle-Co has developed an Injection Molding Technician training program.
We recruit college graduates from any technical program, with no plastics experience, and over the course of 6 months, train them in basic machine operation to become Injection Molding Technicians.
After 6 month of in house and interactive training, the injection molding technicians are able to work effectively as a team to run a full shift of manufacturing and process control.
